Kairosclerosis

(I am doing a series of inexplicable words that are felt often, but they are not described thoroughly due to their complexity. these words are the essence of emotions or distinct feelings we come across in our daily lives, and therefore, they need to be understood)

“kairosclerosis means the realization of happiness and blissfulness. it is the state when you know you are happy and you want to live in the moment for a while and feel it. the state of savoring it completely and feeling it fade away. it is something more than an aftertaste”.

You have probably cried tears. You might have gone through the worst feelings and situations ever. The world is a little too harsh for you. All the other people might be conspiring and being not so nice. But f*ck that! You are you when you are alone in the room. Look at the mirror and smile, watch that show that makes you laugh, make art! This is the only way of being happy if no one makes you happy at all (or try listening to your favorite music!)

Sadness is overrated. People are used to bragging about it and they will upload things that indicate they are deeply in trouble. Everyone around us is becoming like that- we are either happy online or sad online.

Try to be happy offline and when you feel that, try to feel the wind on your skin, count your breaths, take a sigh, and look at the evening sky. Don't take a photo, imbibe the whole moment and every bit of it you can. Thank me later.
